| Statement released by Beauties of Canada, license holders for the Miss Universe pageant about recent events: Due to unforeseen personal circumstances. Sahar Biniaz, Miss Universe Canada 2012, will no longer be able to represent the country at the 2012 Miss Universe pageant taking place in Las Vegas, Nevada, December 19th. She will be replaced by her 1st runner-up, Adwoa Yamoah from Calgary, who has taken the responsibility to compete for Canada in such short notice. Beauties of Canada wishes Sahar a fast recovery to continue her duties as Miss Universe Canada and best of luck to our new representative, Adwoa!  |
